Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING-

The jewellery that you have selected will be placed in priority as soon as you place an order with us. We always ask for 7 to 8 days of buffer period to fulfill your order requirements and additional 3 to 4 days of shipping period depending on your location.

We understand how important jewellery can be for one . However we are working daily to fulfill your precious order as fast as possible. But it is our duty to keep our customers informed on the possibility of delay.

Customers are requested to fill correct address, pincode and contact number to have a safe and smooth delivery. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-delivery will incur an additional shipping charge. If a lost occurs due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the brand KORU cannot be held liable.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. There are no delivery charges all over INDIA. Note this is only for domestic parcels ( Within INDIA ). Delivery time will vary depending on your location.

ORDERS DURING FESTIVAL SEASON-

Festivals are always a rush, there can be possible delays in processing, fulfilling, dispatching your order. Therefore during festivals we recommend our customers to place there order prior to the festival itself so they can be stress-free on whether the order will reach on time or not. 

However we here at KORU are working daily to make your deliver experience smooth and fast. So you can enjoy these precious moments with your loved ones.
